“ Salad bar was very good. Main courses were pretty good. I had the gizzards which tasted fine but were very chewy. ”

The salad bar is by far the best around , always fresh, clean, and well stocked I'm not a big fan of crab legs but their big draw is the AYCE crab legs. I personally enjoy the chicken gizzards, yes they have chicken gizzards, and they are amazing . Make sure you wear a helmet because your tongue will smack your brains out lol The wait staff have always been very attentive and they work really hard so be sure to tip them well ”
“ WOW!!! What a great find. The all you can eat crab legs is a steal. But beyond that, the menu goes above and beyond the norm. Daily specials, chicken done about 5 different ways. Homemade mac n cheese, a FULL salad bar. Multiple huge sandwiches!! The patio is covered but breezy. All the staff was helpful and all smiling. Theres also a full bar, martini's wine, anything you want!!! This isn't my 1st time here, and I can truly say its worth the ride out ”
“ First time at Kretzer's love the combo small time feel, basic salad bar and all you can eat Crab Legs were delicious. Wife had Cajun Lobster, Crab Legs, and fixons. Worth the trip a few times a year to savor the flavor. ”
“ Wow! OK, it can be pricey ($200 for a party of 4 - it's cheaper on Wednesdays, as a tip), but where else are you going to find ALL YOU CAN EAT KING CRAB OR SNOW CRAB? Kretzer's is well worth the drive out (about 45 minutes East of St Louis) to visit this little spot in a little town that has friendly service, great food (they have a lot more than just crab legs!), and a homey, rustic feel to the dining room. My son and I competed on crab legs (pretty sure we only quit because we were tired - 3 platters each wears you out as you fight for the meat) and our dates both got a burger, a bourbon chicken plate, and three crab clusters, as well. Wear clothes you don't mind getting crab and butter on, or wear an adult bib - lol! I loved this place, and intend to go back - we had a marvelous time that we will remember fondly, and laugh about, for a long while. ”
